Front Desk- Lilburn Ga Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Smith Dental Care is hiring for Front Desk at our Lilburn location. We are a dental practice with soon-to-be 6 clinical office locations, open 7 days a week. Our full-time employees enjoy a schedule of 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts with 4 days off. One weekend day required.

Duties you will learn to do:

• Collecting payments

• Scheduling follow-up appointments

• Conduct reminder calls to patients

• Various other Front Desk duties

• Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.

• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork.

• Assist patient with financial arrangements.

• Coordinate patient referrals

• Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment when needed.

• Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.

• Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. As needed.

• Direct where the Assistants, Dentists, and Hygienists need to go next to help maintain flow of the office.
