Responsibilities:
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
Warmly greeting visitors and ensuring a positive first impression.
Managing front office administration tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Placing orders for office supplies, with a focus on Staples orders.
Verifying and maintaining fleet truck registrations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Positive and upbeat attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic office software.
Previous experience in Front Desk or corporate administration is a plus.
