Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative at Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell, WA.

Lake Pleasant, a leading RV park in the region, is currently seeking and interviewing applicants for a full-time position with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and vacation. As a member of our team, you will have access to long-term employment at a well-established small, family-owned business located right in the heart of Bothell.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about Customer Service and have a positive attitude. Our entire staff is well-trained and proficient in our computer systems, and we encourage applicants to possess similar skills. While we understand that it may not be easy to have a perfect grasp of our system, a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.

At Lake Pleasant, we aim to foster a culture of teamwork and long-term employment opportunities. As such, we encourage applicants who are looking for a stable and fulfilling career with a supportive team. Our small crew means that we prioritize quality over quantity, and the training process may take a few weeks to ensure that you are familiar with our work policies and procedures.

While having prior knowledge of RVs is not a mandatory requirement, it is highly recommended due to the nature of the job. You will be required to help customers who own RVs, so having a basic understanding of their mechanics, features, and common issues can be an advantage. Additionally, having RV knowledge will help you better assist customers and provide them with accurate information and advice.

If you have experience in essential Customer Service and Front Desk responsibilities, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We will evaluate your qualifications and discuss the available opportunities to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the position.

At Lake Pleasant, we strive to provide our employees with a supportive and welcoming work environment. So, if you are looking for a fulfilling career, apply now!

These are the requirements to be considered for the following position:

Scheduled Employee Office Hours:

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the ability to work a wide range of shifts, including those that do not conform to the standard working hours. This means that you should be prepared to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings during the summer months.

We understand that this may require some adjustments to your personal schedule, so please make sure that you are able to commit to these requirements before applying for this position. Your attendance and punctuality are of utmost importance, so we expect you to be present and on time for all scheduled shifts.

We value our employees and understand that shift work can be challenging. As such, we offer competitive pay and benefits packages to all successful applicants.

Employee Tasks:

The ideal applicants should be flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. However, most of the work will be in an indoor environment that is climate-controlled and shared with several other staff members. The office may be busier and louder on check-in dates during holiday weekends, the peak summer season, and the first of each month during the winter (snowbird) season.

A thorough background check will be conducted in compliance with state employment laws.
