SalaryPhysical therapy company seeking well spoken and highly motivated individual desiring to provide satisfactory customer service and care by means of telephonic and in person communication.
Individual will be making outbound calls and answering all incoming calls from patients, insurance companies and Dr.'s offices to provide resolutions to various situations and inquiries. Individual will also be cross-train in Front Desk duties to help provide coverage and assist patients face to face at the time of their appointments.

Position: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8 Hour Shifts.

Looking for candidates with the following skillset
- Bilingual-Fluent in English and Spanish *Deal Breaker*
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers over the phone in a welcoming and helpful tone
- Insightful and able to anticipate patient needs
- Solid attendance history (Growth within the company is strongly based upon performance and attendance)
- Strong attention to details when navigating patient charts and ability to leave well written detailed notes when needed
- Data entry and computer skills to navigate between screens
