SalaryWe are looking for an additional part-time Front Desk coordinator to join our dynamic, high-energy team at To the Woods Salon! We are hiring with an expected start date of April 1, 2024. Our ideal candidate will work roughly 20 hours, 4 days a week (Tuesday–Saturday). Salon experience is not required, but customer service experience is a plus!
Some responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients as they enter and exit the salon.
- Checking in and checking out clients.
- Answering phone calls, texts, voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling and adjusting appointments.
- Processing cash and credit card transactions.
- Receiving shipments and adjusting inventory.
- Managing and organizing retail shelves.
- Keeping the salon clean and organized.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all salon operations and services.
- Manage ongoing salon marketing, promotions and programming activities.
