Front Desk Coordinator

DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION!

Front Desk Coordinator needed approximately 32 hours per week for a small private dental practice located in Orange City. Our office is a one doctor practice with a dedicated staff. This position would be for someone with experience in the dental field and familiar with dental terminology and procedures.

Duties include:

• Dental software experience. Our office currently uses SoftDent Software
• Confirming Patient Appointments and Scheduling Treatment plans
• Payment Processing and Accurate money handling
• Insurance Processing, filing claims, verifying insurance eligibility/benefits
• Answering multi-line phone calls.
• Time Management and Multi-Tasking Ability
• Discussing Treatment plans/finances with patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
