Front Desk Coordinator

Maiden Family Dentistry is recruiting a Front Desk Coordinator who desires to improve their professional career and elevate their performance as a member of a fantastic team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Managing the office schedule and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable office environment.

· Filing insurance claims and handling office transactions.

· Posting insurance payments.

· Paying office bills monthly.

· Previous experience with Open Dental software preferred (training provided if needed).

· Daily interaction with patients and customers to help them improve their oral health.

· Organization of office duties for other staff to ensure delegation of responsibility and proper time management of the team.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to handle direction

· Can complete tasks in a timely manner

· Excellent communication/customer service skills

· Ability to handle multiple priorities

· Detail oriented

· Thrive within a team environment
