Front Desk Coordinator

We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator for an exciting Great Falls wellness center who is health-conscious, FUN, passionate about helping people, and abundantly minded. Our clinic has a low-force chiropractor, physical therapist, and massage therapist

We want the right person for the job, not the most impressive resume.

People skills a must.

Our office is seeking individuals to be part of a dynamic team devoted to health.

The office is located in Great Falls, Montana. Currently we are hiring for 3 days a week (Monday-Wendesday or Tuesday- Thursday)

REQUIREMENTS:

Enthusiastic about health and healing

Must be a team player and enjoy working with others

Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment

Must be outgoing with excellent communication skills. Will need to communicate with our practice members daily

Will be required to learn/memorize office dialogues and scripts for education

Desire a LONG TERM position

Have own form of transportation to and from work

Have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and technology -- we are an electronic office

Strong phone, computer, communication, sales, people skills and multi-tasking skills

Excited to help change people's lives for the better

Must be available at least 4 weekends a year

Must be flexible with hours

Will be required to travel out of state multiple times a year for training and team events
