Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator

Montana Implants and Perio is hiring a Full-Time Front Office Scheduling Coordinator. Our dynamic team provides exceptional patient care in an energetic, professional, and positive team atmosphere.

Duties include patient scheduling and treatment coordination to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow, along with data entry, payment processing, insurance billing, and inventory management. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational talents with a fine attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

This position averages 38-40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday. Competitive hourly wage plus retirement plan, paid holidays and paid vacation.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
