Position : Office Services Coordinator
Location : Boston, MA 02210
Duration : 5+ months contract
Shift : Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5pm
Job description:
- This person will be interacting daily with C-Suite individuals. They will be responsible for the below:
- Assists Concierge in providing general hospitality services and maintaining a client-ready reception area, conference rooms and other common areas.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings held within the office to include conference room reservation, equipment needed for meetings and catering.
- Set up daily catering in meeting areas
- Complete facilities management tasks such as vendor management, and utilizing Salesforce
- Maintains relationship with vendors that provide services and goods to the office.
- Very polished candidate is NEEDED!
- Needs to be flexible in what they are asked to do.
- They will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist the team with whatever is needed
Education and experience .
- 2+ Year of Experience in a Front Desk, Concierge, or professional hospitality office role is required
- HS Diploma
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
- Salesforce experience is preferred
Top Must have Skills:
- Very professional demeanor is required both in physical presence and communication style.
- This end client does not allow for any visible tattoos or facial piercings.
Top Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting C-Suite individuals
- If they have facilities management or coordinator experience, property management experience
- Experience with Salesforce or learning new computer platforms
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $21.45 per hour
