Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist with guest relations by providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
