SalaryWe are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing information about our rooms, rates and amenities, while managing the process from booking to checkout. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent will provide high-quality service and be highly involved with every aspect of the guest’s stay. If you enjoy working with people of all ages, and have a passion for helping people create memories that last a lifetime, we’d like to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge base in hotel management and be able to execute tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests according to their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Manage all bookings from initial contact through check out – ensuring all guests are booked correctly and are satisfied
- Ensure all rooms are tidy, clean and comfortable for guests while making sure rates and amenities are accurate
- Manage all check-out procedures – including issuing receipts, completing payment options (check cards, cash etc.)and collecting finalizing payments
- Provide information about our rooms, rates and amenities
- Manage your section of the booking process through check in/check out – including completing necessary task tasks such as checking in or checking out, completing payment options (check cards, cash etc.), collecting finalizations payments etc.
- Create an engaging, memorable and lasting experience for every guest
- Check in or check out clients, ensuring confidentiality, empathy and confidentiality of information provided.
- Respond to inquiries about our services in a timely manner
- Maintain professional appearance and work ethic
Experience
- 1+ years of experience as a Front Desk agent or similar role in a hotel or guest services department
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
