Front Desk Associate/Opening Shifts

Our mission is to assist people in finding their way out of pain, and into strength. We take great pleasure in connecting folks with services that help them walk (or run) towards their goals, and are looking for Front Desk associates who feel the same way.

You would be working Front Desk in a multifaceted clinic, gym, and wellness center; we offer active release/bodywork and chiropractic services, physiotherapy, personal training, Pilates, yoga, strength and conditioning, and massage. These are all in service of helping people heal, get stronger, and reach their goals.

Your role will require customer service skills, a strong sales presence (commissions are part of compensation), excellent interpersonal communication, computer literacy, and a willingness to work early weekday mornings. Your flexibility is appreciated, and reciprocated.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule of appointments
• Prepare new client intake forms/waivers for new clients with appointments
• Answer all incoming calls and respond to general email inbox
• Check voice mails and return phone calls as needed
• Conduct tours of the facility, answer questions regarding our services and memberships, connect current and potential clients with services that will benefit them
• Work with MindBody software for retrieving information, booking appointments and selling memberships
• Make regular rounds of the facilities to ensure a hospitable environment by maintaining cleanliness, temperature, equipment organization, reporting maintenance issues etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 11 – 29 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
