Front Desk Associate
We are a fast-paced health and wellness practice in Central Phoenix. This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitasking abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters.
The perfect candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This person loves working with people and has the ability to collect on accounts, keeps patients on care plans and is passionate about helping people live active healthy lives. This person is also fun, very outgoing, positive, as well as loves games and rewards for reaching targets.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring all information is gathered
- Properly and efficiently route patients during their visits
-Answer phone calls and properly schedule patients or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Check patients in and out, processing payments and providing receipts
- Handle patient complaints or concerns, escalating to management as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer skills including Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
