Front Desk Associate

We are now accepting applications for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for our busy day spa in downtown Mankato.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a 5-star, guest service to clientele
• Answer phone calls, respond to client emails
• Be a knowledgeable resource for clients about our services
• Manage in house bookings
• Manage spa laundry
• Participate in cohesion with other team members in a holistic, client centered environment

Abilities:

• Excellent multi-tasking
• Good time management
• Communication skills (listening, feedback, speaking)
• Computer literacy
• Five star customer service in person and over the phone

• Problem Solving

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
