We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, providing information about the hotel and its services, and handling payments. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all guests have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests.
- Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and attractions.
- Provide information about local attractions, transportation options, and other services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Process payments and refunds according to hotel policies.
- Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
