What do we need?
We are seeking a customer service-focused individual for our Full-Time, 2nd ShiftFront Desk Associate role. This person will 2nd Shift Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
Responsibilities

• Contribute to a warm and friendly environment by greeting and providing great hospitality to guests
• Process guest intake, voucher renewals, and audit report paperwork
• Respond to guests' requests for information and necessities
• Answers telephone and relays messages to guests
• Understand and follow all Front Desk policies and procedures to provide excellent guest service
• Performs stocking and cleaning responsibilities as needed for shift

• $20.80 per hour plus a $2,000 hiring bonus
• The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
• Non-profit or hotel work environment preferred
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong experience working as a part of a team
• Experience working with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
• Experience working with families or individuals experiencing homelessness preferred
• Knowledge of the Hennepin County shelter system preferred
