Our organization is seeking Front Desk and PT tech, The candidate will be responsible for checking patients in and out and will also be responsible for completing all administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting the therapists with patient care as needed and handling cash transactions. The Front Desk associate should also enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, questions, or requests.
- Assist therapists as needed as support staff in daily routines
- Enter information in the EMR system
- Help customers with billing questions and problems.
- Understand and follow clinic policies and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
