SalaryWellness and Chiropractic office (Mountain Movement Center) needs multi-tasking team member to teach Front Desk management and assisting practitioners. This job is for part time.
Tues and/or Wed 845-2pm. Thursday. 845-2pm

We are a Chiropractic, Muscle Therapy and Functional Medicine office in Greenville, SC. We have a waitlist practice and an amazing community we work with of active and health conscious patients. We are looking for a team member that wants to help change lives with us. We see transformations everyday, and we want a team member who is ready to be passionate and bring encouragement and excitement to their job everyday!
Pay: $14/hr plus bonuses. Free chiropractic treatment, functional medicine analysis, and discounted supplements. Discounted care for family members as well by our team.
Front Desk:
You must love engaging with people and be adaptable.
You will manage phone calls, patient check in, payments, scheduling and assisting the doctor’s patients to rooms. It is a highly rewarding job because our staff and patients are so friendly. But it takes someone who does not get overwhelmed with multiple 'irons in the fire.” It also takes someone who’s willing to coach patient’s on their health journey and cheer them on.
Some common tasks will be:
-Taking new patient calls and inquiries if we are a good fit.
-Managing head doctors waitlist, cancellations, and filling his schedule.
-Explaining our program packages for functional medicine to a new patient.
-Taking insurance benefits from new patients.
-Taking payments using our square payment system.
-Following up with missed appointment patients and enforcing our no show policies.
The second part of your job is equally important and involves, caring, and emotional intelligence.
Intangibles that are part of our culture:
-Greeting every patient and being friendly.
-Checking in from time to time with their progress.
-Reporting to the physicians any questioins or complaints.
-Encouraging a patient on their healing journey.

You must be someone who can leave their personal life at home, have a high level of emotional intelligence, and be empathetic. We have a no gossip rule and a robust family like atmoshphere amongst our team in which we focus together on the mission of helping patients. There are days where we are tired or stressed from events going on in life. But as we step over the threshold of the office, we let it all wash away and focus on patient health. You MUST be able to do the same.
Instructions:

3.)Tell us about some active or wellness hobbies you have and attach a picture of you doing what you love to stay healthy or spending time with those you love. (This isn’t a requirement)
