- Have at least 2 years of general hotel or hospitality experience of similar caliber and volume.
- Ability to be consistently punctual and ready to work at your scheduled in-time.
- Embraces the Hotel's vision and service culture ensuring staff adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Support the Front of House lead and restaurant Host with all Front Desk & lobby related items.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Support coordination of room inventory in the property management system and liaise with the housekeeping department.
- Help to instill company culture, build morale, and create an inclusive and ongoing positive work environment, using established procedures as well as newly developed initiatives.
- Ensure notes are entered for guests in the PMS and flag VIP customers.
- Greet guests and ensure the lobby area and Front Desk staff adhere to brand standards.
- Valid TABC and Texas Food Handlers certificate a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. May be required to continuously bend, reach, and twist during a shift.
