As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front desk. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized Front desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a Front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
