Job Summary
- Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
- Provide concierge services
- Complete the Daily Activity Report
- Receive and distribute resident parcels
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Address resident and guest concerns and questions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents
Scheduled:Varies, Must have a flexible schedule, and must be willing to drive to various locations across LA and OC.
On-Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time and also might be called in for emergency situations.
Compensation:$18 hourly and $27.00 per hour on company-observed holidays
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is highly desired.
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
- Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
- Proactive customer service approach
