Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Handle guest check-outs and process payments accurately
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Strong guest relations skills to create a positive experience for all guests
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required for the night audit position
