Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the property
- Check-in and check-out packages efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and manage room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Experience with night audit procedures is preferred
- Knowledge of property management software systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with Front Desk operations and guest services in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
