Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including payment processing and key distribution.
- Answer incoming phone calls and address guest inquiries and requests.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain a tidy and organized Front Desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott brand standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems is a plus.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
