We are seeking individuals to join our outstanding Front Desk team. Potential candidates will be energetic, upbeat, outgoing, and have the willingness to provide the best guest service.
Front Desk Attendants
Our Front Desk Attendants often know the most about our guests. Their ability to communicate and understand a guest’s needs, while ensuring that the check in and check out process of their rooms exceeds expectation, is what sets our hotel apart from the others. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home to help ensure loyalty and guest satisfaction. Showing initiative and willing to go above and beyond is what sets us apart from the competition.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
- Able to work 3p-11p. but also needs to have the flexibility to work all shifts when needed.
- The ability to follow company policies (Show up on time for scheduled shift in proper uniform)
- The ability to learn and master the Property Management System (Opera)
- Along with learning the system would be to properly check in and check out guest, make reservations, cancel reservations, set up arrivals properly, ensure the guest billing is correct, and learn how to meet the guests request as it pertains to room type (or any other request).
- Ability to handle guest complaints
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to interact with co-workers and guest's with ease
- Recommending attractions, restaurants and helping with directions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
