Hotel Front Desk Representative:
Hotel Front Desk agents are responsible for the registration process and guest services. Highly visible position has a direct impact on establishing the guest experience so friendly proactive attitude is a must. Duties include but not limited to the following: administrative, monetary, sales, receptionist and guest services tasks. Previous Front Desk Hotel experience is a plus!
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
