Front Desk Agent

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. ```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area and other areas as directed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

_Light house keeping and area sanitizing occasionally required

- Food service qualified skills and knowledge is perfered

- Spanish, Russian or Ukraine speaking indviduals encouraged to apply

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to assist guests who may not speak English fluently
- Proficient in Front Desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and payment processing
- Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, accomodating, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest information and reservations
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to assist guests with recommendations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
