```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with hotel operations and Front Desk procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual skills (multilingual is a plus) to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
