Hotel near Six Flags over Georgia is looking for a RELIABLE candidate who is interested to work evening & night shift as full time Hotel Front Desk Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from guests at check in time.
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Qualifications:

• Previous Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.-Excellent customer service skills with a smile.
• Computer skills-Telephone skills-ability of property supervision.
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$ Salary Range - Pay is based upon Qualifications & Experience of the Candidate
