We are seeking a bright and happy, honest and caring individual to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our Front Desk. The spa is peaceful and relaxing. DO NOT SEND ME YOUR INFO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK or YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK AT A SPA.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy in reservation details
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the spa facilities and services
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area and spa areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties as needed
- Provide personal assistant support to the management team
- Assist with event planning and coordination for special occasions or conferences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Skills:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in project coordination and multitasking
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
