As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities:``` - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations management - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment - Multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of Front Desk operations and hotel management software is beneficial - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment At our hotel, we prioritize the well-being of our employees. Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
