The Dive Motel & Swim Club is a ‘70s inspired, design-forward, boutique hotel and bar in East Nashville. With a pool, bar, and motel, The Dive Motel works off of two seasons — high in summer and low in winter — we turn high-volume, big days at the pool during summer and offer a curated, guest-driven experience in the winter months.
As Front Desk Agentat The Dive Motel, you are the first interaction guests have when they arrive. It’s your job to stay neat and organized while offering genuine hospitality to each guest.
Main Duties
- * Lobby Set Up + Break Down | You’ll be in charge of making coffee, putting out breakfast, generally making sure the lobby is prepared for guests each morning * PMS Management | Printing guest registration cards, creating keys for check-ins, create and manage hotel reservations, assisting with pool passes * Communicate with Housekeeping | You will be in constant communication with housekeeping to ensure they are on track for rooms needed * Guest Service | You’re the point person for each guest check-in, guest needs, & creating a memorable experience for everyone * General Cleanliness | You will be responsible for general cleanliness of lobby
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- *Driven and self-motivated *Above average verbal communication skills *Flexible schedule *Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions *General computer proficiency *Detail oriented *Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment *Regular and reliable attendance
Physical Requirements:
- *Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. *Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. *Fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to another. *Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds. *Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb, as required.
**Previous hotel experience preferred

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00/hour.
