Primary Responsibilities
- Register guests and assign guestrooms
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures
- Complete same day reservations and future reservations
- Process guest check-outs
- Assist guests throughout their stay and communicate guest concerns to correct department
- Use proper telephone etiquette and process future reservations
Qualifications
- Prior Hotel Front Desk experience is a plus
- Some flex schedule required
- Clear professional and personable communication with our guests
- Hotel experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
