We are looking for an enthusiastic new Front Desk team member who makes each day and patient experience worth raving about! People and patients come first at Lifetime Dental Health. We invest in our team members by providing CE's during monthly lunch-in-learns, personalized coaching and trainings, and regular social and service activities. Expected Front Desk schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm. This is a full-time position.
Compensation for Front Desk team member includes:

Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and answering phones
- Working with hygiene recall and confirming patients
- Billing, checking insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments
- Educate our patients regarding their treatment plans, answer any questions, and help them work through any financial considerations
- Assist, as needed, other clinical team members
Our ideal candidates have or are:
- A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy"
- Terrific interpersonal skills
- Experience with Open Dental or are computer savvy enough to learn
- Generally computer savvy
- Capable of keeping up with a high-pace office
- A willingness to grow, learn, and try new things
Candidates with dental assisting experience is not required, but is a huge bonus.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
