Remote Member Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our members.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries, account changes, and account transactions.
• Provide accurate and relevant information to members regarding products, services, and policies.
• Process member requests for new accounts, loans, and other financial services.
• Resolve member complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Educate members on the benefits and features of our products and services.
• Promote and cross-sell additional products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in our database.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
