Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries, account changes, and account transactions.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to members regarding products, services, and policies.
- Process member requests for new accounts, loans, and other financial services.
- Resolve member complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Educate members on the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Promote and cross-sell additional products and services to meet member needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in our database.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
