JOB SUMMARY
Join Ignite Recruitment Marketing from ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions as a freelance Graphic Designer to provide recruitment advertising & employment branding solutions!
In this role, the Graphic Designer, reporting to the Director of Recruitment Marketing, will provide graphic design for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients and internal teams. The Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include:
- Support graphic design in an internal agency setting.
- Update infographics and related internal presentation and insights tools with the goal of internal communications within ManpowerGroup.
- Adhere to ManpowerGroup brand standards.
- Collaborate with other in-house graphic design resources.
- Provide recurring weekly support for an ongoing internal client.
Functioning similarly to an in-house agency, Ignite Recruitment Marketing is a one-stop-shop for Talent Solutions’ clients with the goal of sourcing and/or filling open job opportunities across a multitude of industries and geographic locations. Our team creates and executes innovative sourcing and candidate attraction strategies, manages ad spending for digital and traditional advertising and marketing campaigns, and provides creative lead-generation services to fill candidate pipelines. Our team also supports event planning and event marketing for client's hiring events and job fairs.
No travel is required. The position is part-time (anticipate 30-60 hours per month) and 100% remote. Use of videoconferencing is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Techniques, Tactics, and Skills:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (focus on Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier)
- Solid understanding of brand principles and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Infogram (or related tool, like Visme, Venngage, Piktochart, etc.)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Landing page or website creator tools (e.g. WordPress, Lead pages, etc.)
- AI-driven design tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud (highlighting a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier)
Background and Personal Attributes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design supporting an internal marketing or communications team / B2B setting.
- Comfortable providing quick turnarounds on requests and prioritizing your workload.
- Acute attention to detail
- Dedication to autonomously check and double-check your work for accuracy.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Track record of being a creative thinker, creative problem solver, and taking initiative
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate tasks and progress to other team members.
- Stays on top of industry trends and techniques.
Desirable (but not required) Experience, Skills, and/or Background:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, interactive/digital media, or related discipline
- Recruitment or talent acquisition industry experience
- HTML / basic coding / CSS
- Sharepoint, Canva MS Office Suite
- AI-driven design tools
