- Evaluate and define the current operating systems and best practices for training and uniformity of concept.
- Work with leading franchisees to continually develop and enhance Brand systems.
- Work with other Neighborly Brands to utilize the best systems across Neighborly and avoid duplication of efforts.
- Create and distribute reporting mechanisms critical to the measurement and growth of all aspects of the Brand and associated franchisees.
- Ensure franchisees are providing the necessary reports to maximize the Franchise Business Coach’s ability to support them and aggregating the data in a manner that best supports the concept of benchmarking.
- Develop and manage tools for the improvement in sales, reductions in costs and improvements in efficiencies for franchisees in their day-to-day operations.
- 4+ years of reporting & analysis or related experience
- Franchise, field force or technical background preferred
- Skills:

- Critical thinking skills
- A get it done attitude with the ability to multitask
- A willingness to follow systems and learn new software
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in Waco, TX or Remote
