We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join the team of one of the largest producers of rotary milking systems established over 50 years ago! As a Forklift Operator, you will join a passionate team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to the dairy industry globally.
Good computer proficiency, including experience with ERP systems, and forklift certification are required.

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Located in Madison, WI
Responsibilities:
- Move product in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner
- Support the operation of the warehouse by managing workflows and preparing paperwork and documentation for dispatch functions
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, suppliers, and transport providers, delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines
- Additional warehouse coordination, inventory management, and dispatch/logistics duties as included in the full job description
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- A valid driver's license
- Forklift certification
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and dispatch documentation
- Able to lift weight safely
- Highly driven, organized, and quality-minded
