Shipping/Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

$17.00/hr and up
** $2,500 sign-on bonus ** Wage progression opportunities available!

$2.50 shift premium on top of base wage after 6pm (Hours are Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm)

Job Responsibilities:
· Perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Check Lists
· Supply the converting machines with necessary raw materials & packaging materials
· Taking away finished production and inventorying of finished production
· Monitor the warehouse equipment and report maintenance problems
· Re-slot and consolidate warehouse inventory
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
· Communicate any unsafe, improperly maintained, or nonconforming issues
· Conduct cycle counts/recounts as assigned by Warehouse Coordinator.

• Self-motivated and proactive, and people love your positive "can do" attitude
• Ability to lift and occasionally carry 50 pounds and can perform physical labor (climb, bend, etc.)
• Communicates well and can adapt to varying work conditions
• Ability to pass our pre-employment drug screening and fitness test
