JOB POSITION : Program Manager – Ford Program
Overview
We provide vehicle safety products and engineering services to automotive manufacturers in the North America which has a Headquarter in Korea and competitive engineering company in the world.
We are now seeking a Program Manager to become a member of our team.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinating Safety production projects with company and its customers.
2. Reviewing project proposal or planning and customer’s needs to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
3. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
4. The individual will be the primary customer contact and have technical expertise for overall project management, including but not limited to production process, design buy-off, and build integration of the project.
5. Management of installation and Commissioning at us and customer plant
(Make installation plan, Check the progress, Conference with customer….)
6. Throughout the life of project, candidate will confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
7. Prepare project reports for management, client, or others. In addition, candidate will work to continually strive to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Safety.
8. Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Skills
1. Exceptional interpersonal/ communication skills, and must possess strong organizational skills, teamwork and leadership skills.
2. Computer skills :MS-Office /Autocad/ UG NX / Catia
3. Ability to travel for service and installation, both nationally and internationally.
Experience/ Education
1. Authorized to work in the United States.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years related experience.
3. Minimum Seven (7) years of experience in design work for automotive safety parts focused on seat belt.
4. Strong knowledge of Automotive industry
