Description
Our team is responsible for executing individual programs and leading the program management team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to create program strategies, and paving the way for profitable implementation of planned business activities. As a lead Program Manager, you will be expected to lead and mentor a team of Program Managers.
Build and lead a team (6-8) of Program Managers
Lead programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and PMO ops to develop communication channels including dashboards and presentations
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of program plans
Analyze program status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that program objectives can be met
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on program status and changes
Lead process creation and documentation for program-related activities
Communicate program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to program work plan
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
10+ years of project/program management or related experience
2+ years of team lead or people management experience
Bachelors degree In Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field
Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams
Experience defining, documenting, and providing guidance on processes
Proven success working with all levels of management
Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills

MBA
PMP Certification
Experience managing enterprise software programs
Experience administering and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools

This role is categorized as hybrid . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to [Warren, MI, Austin, TX, Mountain View, CA, Roswell, GA] three times per week, at minimum
Compensation:
The expected base compensation for this role is: $135,800- $214,000. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
