PepsiCo Foodservice is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company’s entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go.
The Foodservice Sales Associate Manager (Sr. KAM) will execute a selling strategy in assigned Food Service accounts and will lead a team of five direct reports based in Central California.
Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include: Restaurants and Bars accounts.
Responsibilities
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned Food Service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements.
- Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities.
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth.
- Provides business coaching and career development guidance to direct reports and team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Fact-based selling experience
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing teams; preferably within consumer packaged goods organization
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
