THE ROLE:Snowflake has an opening based in our Dublin office for an inspiring, passionate, adaptable, proactive and diligent Food & Beverage (F&B) manager with a desire to ensure we provide world-class culinary experiences for our employees, customers and partners in our Bay Area offices.
This position requires an extremely thorough self-starter who possesses outstanding corporate F&B management experience, exceptional team management skills, and who demonstrates exceptional diligence and attention to detail. You will be extremely proficient at taking the initiative to drive results, be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, and rapid changes in priorities and short deadlines, and have the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and vendors, including senior executives.
- Partner with Global Program manager to evolve cafe and break room programs that provide healthy, sustainable, and varied culinary, snack and beverage offerings for our employees, customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight of the Bay Area Workplace F&B programs.
- Manage regional Workplace F&B opex and capex forecast, in partnership with other Workplace teams, and track spending against the budget/ forecast
- Track performance metrics for regional F&B programs, costs, and team performance, and track appropriate KPI's
- Oversee kitchen and other food service equipment inventory management, utilization, and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain timely and effective communication with our vendor partners, to ensure operational success and end user satisfaction.

SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL HAVE:- 5+ years of corporate F&B program management experience
- Formal training in culinary management, foodservice
- Able to provide vision, solutions, education, analysis, and input for continuous improvement of the culinary team.
- Positive & "can-do" attitude, an extremely adaptable, self-starter with excellent customer service skills
- A strategic thinker, tactical do-er, you will be equally comfortable presenting to senior executives as managing the cafe team
- Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and demands
- Willing to travel as necessary, and manage employees and work performed remotely
- Highly proficient with project management tools, Excel and the Office Suite, and at developing and delivering reports, analysis and presentations
- Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills
