Summary
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for oversight of day to day processes and colleagues of the hotel’s Food & Beverage division. This seasonal management role will support the F&B outlets including Drift eat + drink, Shor, Market and the Pool Bar Cove. The primary duties of this role will include but are not limited to resolving guest concerns, scheduling, coaching and counseling, maintaining department standards, staff development, interviewing/hiring, payroll and supporting the team members within these respective areas. The Assistant Food & Beverage manager is also responsible for supporting the division leader in maximizing FOOD & BEVERAGE revenue, controlling expenses, and driving the highest level of customer service and scores. This individual conducts department meetings and pre-shifts to maintain open communication with colleagues.
This is a seasonal role with an expected START DATE in May and concludes in September 2024.
The salary range for this position is $56,800-$79,400.00 This is the pay Hyatt Regency La Jolla reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
