The Food & Beverage Supervisor will assist in supervising the day-to-day function of all Food and Beverage outlets, employees, facilities, and sales.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Provide aid to all server and kitchen staff as needed.
- Greet customers and check that they are enjoying their experience. Also manage customer complaints and rectify customer problems.
- Check Food and Beverage orders
- Ensure that all staff members follow health code and sanitation practices.
- Ensure that staff members follow server standards and restaurant protocols.
- Assist manager with work schedules and staff training duties.
- Assign work tasks to restaurant and kitchen staff.
- Must be available to work mornings, weekends, holidays and nights as scheduled.
EDUCATION:
- 2 + years in the Food and Beverage and or hospitality studies.
EXPERIENCE:
Prefer experience in hospitality and Food and Beverage areas.
SKILLS:
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and managerial skills. Preferable proficiency in Excel, and Microsoft Word
