We are looking for shift leads to help us build an amazing store, set high expectations and create an awesome culture. The ideal candidate is energetic and happy people to serve the Thirsty Nation! You will be working kitchen, making drinks, and taking orders at the drive thru. Shift leads can do it all!! Shift leads responsibilities include:
- Cash management - Opening and Closing the till
- Lead rest of the employees on specific shifts
- Handle any issue that may occur while management is not on shift
- Be the main point of contact for management while on shift
- Oversee quality expectations for the store during their shift
Wages are determined by prior experience. TIPS available on top of wages. We are looking for both, opening shift leads and closing shift leads.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
