2. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
4. Skill in missing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages.

Duties
- Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary.
- Maintains related cash records.
- Prepares fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving. Makes a variety of fruit and vegetable salads.
- Serves food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Portions out food, cleans and prepares meats and seafood for cooking.
- Checks food during cooking to prevent overcooking.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a medical examination and Tier 1 background investigation.
- A physical is required.
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours of initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.

PCS Costs

FWS Allowances and Differentials
- This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
