The Food & Beverage Logistic team member will be responsible for stocking all kitchens and other locations that receive supplies from the Food & Beverage department. Responsible for the continuous cleaning and upkeep of lodges including bussing tables, emptying trash receptacles and rest rooms during all operating hours, including keeping walk ways around the lodges accessible and safe to navigate. Taking ownership of your work area to ensure all guests experience a safe and sanitized environment.

Performance Expectations
- Arrive on time and adhere to all Powder Mountain's Policy and Procedure
- Food Handler's license preferred
- Familiar with all products utilized by the Food and Beverage Team
- Required to work both inside and outside in below freezing weather and snowy conditions
- Bussing & sanitizing tables, wiping trays, and taking out garbage, cleanliness of floors
- Stock ALL materials before end of shift
- Empty ALL trash receptacles at end of shift
- Exceptional customer service
- Drivers License with good driving record
- Self Motivated, able to stay on task
- Clean and tidy appearance
- Adherence to early morning starts and potential late evenings
- Team player!
- Must be able to be flexible in duties and help out wherever needed
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amount of weight (up to 40lbs+)
- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements
- Full range of body movements
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
- Vision requirements - close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
- Climb/descend stairs/ladders
- Safely handle hazardous materials
Working environment: Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment; exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals. Occasionally exposed to outdoor climate in which employee will be exposed to a variety of temperatures/weather.
