The stunning Conrad New York is looking for a Food & Beverage Administrative Manager to join the team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 Food and Beverage outlets. These outlets include a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Food and Beverage Department with a focus on banquets plus the 3 Food and Beverage outlets (Atrio Restaurant, Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar, and In-Room Dining). You will report directly to the Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and proactive leader with excellent organization skills, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional at follow up. This individual must have experience and a solid understanding of BEOs. At least 2-3 years of Food and Beverage leadership experience with a background in banquets and upscale dining is required. Prior experience in an administrative role and managing union staff are a plus.

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Administrative Manager, you would be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Food and Beverage Department. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
- Provide Food & Beverage and Banquet department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.
- Oversee payroll for the banquet department in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This includes communication of any changes to the staff and assisting the Director in controlling labor costs.
- Oversee BEO distribution, organization, and scheduling of events. Collaborate with the banquet and catering directors to ensure accuracy of BEOs and in maintaining SOPs.
- Work closely with the Directors of Banquet and Human Resources to manage all grievances. This includes overseeing the investigation and facilitating dispute resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage leaders and human resources to support training and compliance.
- Assist in servicing clients, special projects, and working floor shifts in the outlets as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this role is $65-$75,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
